Who we are
Marneicia Branch, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Founder & CEO, Branch Beyond ABA Consulting and Services
Meet the Founder
With more than 20 years of experience serving children and families, I have dedicated my career to supporting the developmental, educational, and behavioral needs of young learners across a variety of settings. My professional journey began in special education, where I served as a teacher in Early Head Start, elementary, middle, and high school programs, supporting children and young adults with diverse learning and developmental needs.
As a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have provided individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across center-based, in-home, daycare, community, and school settings. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop collaborative, family-centered treatment approaches that promote meaningful progress across the environments where children learn, play, and grow.
I founded Branch Beyond ABA & Consulting with the vision of providing high-quality, individualized behavioral services that extend beyond traditional therapy. As a locally owned, BCBA-owned practice, Branch Beyond is committed to partnering with families to promote meaningful, lasting progress through compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.
Branch Beyond specializes in early intervention and school-age behavioral services, with an emphasis on communication and language development, social and play skills, adaptive living skills, and reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and everyday life. Recognizing that parents and caregivers are a child's greatest advocates, family collaboration and parent education are central to every treatment plan. Through individualized coaching, caregivers are equipped with practical, evidence-based strategies that support skill development and promote success across home, day programs and community environments.
At Branch Beyond, every child is recognized for their unique strengths and potential. Services are individualized to meet the specific needs of each child and family while fostering functional communication, positive behavior change, independence, and lifelong learning. Our mission is to empower children and families to grow with confidence, strengthen meaningful relationships, and move beyond perceived limitations through collaborative, compassionate, and ethical care.
